My Workmanship Promise

I stand behind what I make. If my stitching or construction fails during normal use, I’ll repair it free of charge for the life of the bag. If a repair isn’t possible, I’ll replace it with the same design or a comparable handmade bag.

I’ll cover shipping both ways for covered repairs or replacements.

This promise covers my workmanship. It doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
