Returns and Refunds

Ready-made bags and scarves
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Requesting a return
Contact Barton Design Studio through our website’s Contact page with your order information. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address. Please ship your return within 14 days of approval.

Return shipping
Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds go to your original payment method. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Custom and personalized orders
Custom and personalized orders aren’t eligible for change-of-mind returns.

My Lifetime Workmanship Promise
I stand behind what I make. If my stitching or construction fails during normal use, I’ll repair it free of charge for the life of the bag. If a repair isn’t possible, I’ll replace it with the same design or a comparable handmade bag.

I’ll cover shipping both ways for covered repairs or replacements. This promise covers my workmanship, excluding normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.

Workmanship claims are separate from returns and aren’t limited to the 14-day return window. Contact Barton Design Studio with your order information and a few photos. I’ll help make it right.
